Access to and use of this Website and the products available through this Website are subject to the following terms and conditions, and privacy policy. By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice to you, by changing them on the Website. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. These terms and conditions were last updated on 24 April 2017.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Ordering
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been despatched for delivery, payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card. Variations in both the manufacturing processes we use and also the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view the Website may mean that the colours, measurements, fabrics and designs of the Products displayed on the Website and the Products delivered to you may differ in appearance in minor respects. We will not be liable for any eventual inadequacy of graphic representations of Montunas products displayed on the Website, owing to the above mentioned technical and production issues.
Cancellation and Returns
Should you wish to return any Products, you may only do so in accordance with our Returns Policy found in our FAQ. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of an order. In certain circumstances, before your order is dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please email us at info@montunas as soon as possible, and we will advise if cancellation is possible.
If you return a product in accordance with our Returns Policy, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product but you will need to return the Product at your own cost. Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the Product you wish to return, we shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges – if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and then place another order for the alternative.
Pricing and Delivery
All products on the Website are inclusive of UK VAT. UK VAT is applied to all orders shipping to the EU. Prices do not include the charge for delivery. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation and debited your credit or debit card. Whilst we try and ensure that all details on the Website are correct, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the Website are incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
If your delivery address is geographically remote, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
International sales and delivery:
We ship DDU (delivery duty unpaid) to certain destinations outside the EU. UK VAT is not charged on products shipped outside of the EU, however product prices remain the same. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise or predict the amount. You alone shall be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. More information about the payment methods that we accept can be found in our FAQ section. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.
