HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

To return a product, you must clearly inform us via email to info@montunas.com, giving us your name, address and order reference. If you are within 14 days of receipt of the order, you will be given a return authorization code for the item(s) you wish to return. You should not return any items without this code. We recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your product.

You should:

1.     Write the return code(s) for the item(s) you wish to return on a note, making sure you also include your name and address

2.     Securely re-wrap item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the note with the return code and your name and address. You must ensure the original box is sufficiently protected.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. Please note, relevant return charges will apply and delivery will be charged for your new order.

For Europe: £10

For Rest of World: £10

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

WHAT PRODUCT GUARANTEES ARE THERE?

If you have placed your order on www.montunas.com and you receive a faulty product, you have a right to ask for a repair, exchange, or refund. Please email info@montunas with images of any of your purchases which you consider have been delivered faulty within 14 days of receipt. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Your satisfaction is of great value to us and we will repair or refund any products we deem to have manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible.
